Key skills:

Structural Analysis & Design:

● Proficient in structural analysis using STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or SAP2000

● Knowledge of reinforced concrete design and steel structures

3D Printing Construction Technology:

● Experience in 3D concrete printing (3DCP) methods and materials

● Familiar with large-scale additive manufacturing in construction

● Hands-on experience with automated construction printing systems

Material Science & Concrete Technology:

● Knowledge of printable concrete mix design

● Expertise in rheology and setting time optimization for 3D printing

● Understanding of fiber-reinforced concrete for 3D printing

Finite Element Analysis (FEA):

● Competency in FEA for load-bearing analysis of 3D-printed structures

● Simulation and modeling of structural behavior under different loading conditions

Building Codes & Standards:

● Familiarity with IS codes, ACI, Eurocodes for structural integrity

● Knowledge of emerging standards for 3D printed construction compliance

Construction Planning & Execution:

● Experience in site supervision for 3D printed building projects

● Coordination with cross-functional teams for automated construction

● Expert in project scheduling and quality assurance for 3D printing processes

BIM & Digital Construction:

● Proficient in BIM (Building Information Modeling) for 3D printing projects

● Integration of CAD and robotic printing systems

Qualification:

● Master degree in structural engineering
● 3-8 years of experience in buildings, precast, connection design, FEM analysis
● Proficient in RCC and Steel structures.
● Software skills ETABS , SAFE, RAM,STAAD Pro, ABAQUS and Ms Office.
● Should be familiar with IS codes and Knowledge in international codes will be an added advantage.

1. Job overview – We are looking for a qualified lab assistant to undertake a variety of laboratory procedure of technical nature. You will be handling sensitive equipment to analyse samples/ substance and conduct test, reporting findings to Sr. R&D Material Engineers. The goal is to optimise lab procedures and success in producing reliable and important results that can be used to make a difference.

• Roles and responsibilities –

1. Design and execute the laboratory testing according to standard procedure, make observations, and interpret the findings.
   1. Organise and store all the materials including chemicals according to the safety instruction.
   1. Maintain the equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.
   1. Maintaining cleanliness and orderly environment in lab.

• Qualification –
  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering – Mandatory
  • M.Tech/MS in Building technology and construction management/ Construction engineering/ Structural engineering/ Infrastructure management – Preferred but NOT Mandatory
  • English proficiency – graduation level

• Skill requirement –
  • Profound knowledge in concrete technology
